Dr. Dwayne Cantrell, Th.D., Ed.D. | Board Secretary Dwayne is the founder and Senior Pastor of Living Victory Church. He was called into in the ministry over 15 years ago at Fremont Bible Fellowship (now Family Bible Fellowship - Southern Baptist) under the leadership of Pastor Horacio Jones. While attending seminary in Pasadena, California, Dr. Cantrell served as the Pastor of Ministry Development at Pasadena Church (Church of God) under the leadership of Pastors Kerwin and Madelyn Manning. Here in Bakersfield, CA. Dwayne served as Associate Minister of Leadership Development at St. John Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Dr. Antonio Alfred.
Dwayne and wife, Angel, have been married for over 20 years with two adult children. By the grace of God, their marriage has survived many sins and challenges which should have resulted in divorce. However, their personal and shared testimonies of God's grace to others have resulted in healing and deliverance of many throughout the years. Together, they have a passion to share the hope in Christ through the word of God by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Dr. Jennifer Anderson, D.Min. | President Michael is Co-Founder and President of KCM. He asked Jesus into his heart in 1990. In 2001 Dr. Mannia received his call from the Lord into ministry. At that time God spoke to Michael and directed him to help heal the members of His Body who were hurting spiritually and emotionally. By 2003 he entered studies in Theology with Summit Bible College (SBC), and in June of 2007 Dr. Mannia earned his Doctorate in Ministry (D.Min.) with emphasis in Christian Counseling. Michael holds a Bachelors (B.Th.) and Masters (M.Th.) degree in Theology from SBC, both emphasized in Christian Counseling, and is Board certified by the Board of Christian Professional and Pastoral Counselors. Dr. Mannia is an Ordained Minister with Summit Minister's Fellowship. In October, 2007 Michael and wife, Jeannelle, co-founded KCM with a personal contribution of $80K.
Prior to his call into ministry, Dr. Mannia worked in the corporate promotions sector of business, providing services to such companies as Cisco Systems, Hewlett-Packard, Dell Computers, Texas Instruments, and others, and received multiple awards for outstanding achievements. Before leaving promotions Michael served as a regional manager, overseeing a multi-million dollar budget.
