                        REVIVE

As believers in Christ Jesus, we are not only called to live freely, but to live an abundant life that exudes love, joy and peace. Living under the control of food and body image robs us of the promises of God; promises like what Jesus has given us in John 10:10: "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly."

KCM's Revive is a group-based program that uses God's word as its foundation to help guide women out of the shame and guilt of compulsions involving food and image. Revive teaches women to cope with their unhealed wounds as God intends, and helps them find courage to grow in a relationship with their Heavenly Father, as well as with others (Ephesians 2:19; Colossians 1:12).
Revive challenges women's thought processes and core beliefs that inhibit healing, and explores emotional, intellectual, and spiritual damage that occurs when we cope with our pain and stress by eating, practicing compulsivity or finding worth and value through self and body image.
