The Conditioned Mind
God’s word tells us that, in Christ, we’re a new creation—so why do so many Christians continue in their old modes of thinking and behaving? The answer can be summed up in one word—conditioning. We’re conditioned to think and act as we do. In this presentation, Dr. Michael Mannia, D.Min. and Jennifer Anderson, M.Th. address the complexities involved with our conditioned states; and through the word of God offer effective tools for identifying and over-coming these entrenched modes.
Bold Love
1 in 4. That’s the number of women who will be sexually abused in the U.S. before they reach the age of 18. This means, on average, 25 percent of adult females sitting in church on Sunday have been impacted by this type of abuse. More often than not, molestation and rape leave a trail of devastation long after the abuse has stopped—inhibiting a woman’s walk with Christ. KCM’s Bold Love program is setting women free from the crippling effects of their abuse. This presentation has proven most effective as a special seminar offered to the ladies of your congregation. Family Systems
God has an amazingly effective plan for the way a family is to function. But all too often, we’re not even sure which end is up when it comes to operating within the family system. In this presentation, Dr. Michael Mannia, D.Min. and Jennifer Anderson, M.Th. reveal what God’s plan for the family is, and introduce coping mechanisms for relating with family members in healthy, functional ways.
